About the director
Carl began in the carpet cleaning business as a casual cleaner in the late 80s. Showing an aptitude for both cleaning and customer relations by 1991 he became a full time carpet cleaning technician at a small firm. Recognition for quality service came soon after and he was approached by one of Sydney’s largest cleaning companies, renowned for work quality and customer service, to join their team. This allowed Carl to expand his skill set further and by 1992 he was the leading technician setting new carpet cleaning records in the company.
In 1994 he added Carpet and Upholstery IICRC certification to his field knowledge and in March 1995 started a budget cleaning solution business. This ran into a few problems and business inexperience saw him giving customers a quality clean without maintaining profitability.
In September 1997 drawing on his now substantial business and cleaning experience Choice Carpet Cleaning was formed to provide a superior cleaning method at a reasonable price. |
Choice took off very well and has continued to grow.
In 2003 Choice Carpet Cleaning expanded interstate into Adelaide and slowly but surely secured itself a strong position in the Adelaide market with a cleaning method hardly ever seen before in the area. Sophisticated equipment, products and great service once won over a substantial market share and the company was well established there by 2006.
In 2008 Choice Carpet Cleaning is aiming expand further into other Australian Capital Cities – not by merely selling off Carpet and Upholstery Cleaning franchises, but by ensuring that only the best equipped and most skilled in all aspects of the trade people technicians spearhead the expansion. |
